Next Day Bonsai — Oak Hills / Southern California nurseries

What it is

Next Day Bonsai is a first-party bonsai nursery / retail shop based in Oak Hills, California (Southern California), with an official Shopify storefront at nextdaybonsai.com. About places the nursery on 5 acres in Oak Hills with trees ranging from young stock to specimens described as over 200 years old, and names resident artist Scout (25+ years; lineage attributed to Kim / South Korea). Product cards stress one-of-a-kind photographed trees and a next-business-day pack-out goal. The catalog is tree-first with printed dollar prices and Add-to-Cart paths, plus pots and tools. It is not a membership club and not a botanic-garden tuition desk.

Who it’s for

US hobbyists (lower 48 + D.C.) who want a first-party Southern California nursery with printed cart prices on live bonsai, including beginners shopping Schefflera / Jade / Nana starters and collectors browsing numbered specimen pines and junipers. People who only want Amazon-style third-party listings should look elsewhere: this is the nursery’s own storefront.

Why it’s listed

This is a first-party grower-retailer site. It has an official Shopify shop with on-page dollar prices and Add to Cart, tree SKUs as the primary merchandising path, a printed Oak Hills / Southern California nursery identity, and a first-party contiguous-US shipping policy with rate bands. It is not a scraped directory card, not an Amazon storefront, and not supplies-only.

FAQ

Q: Where is Next Day Bonsai based?
A: About and Shipping (checked 2026-10-05) place the nursery in Oak Hills, California; product cards also say Southern California. Confirm live shipping and support paths on the site before treating any visit plan as fixed.

Q: What shop prices were printed on official pages today?
A: Samples checked 2026-10-05 included Schefflera at $12, Jade training pot at $18, Nana Pre-Bonsai at $23, Small Nana Round at $50, Chinese Elm 15″ at $85, Cork Black Pine at $950, and Prostrata Juniper 29″ at $1,050. Confirm the live SKU, because prices and stock change.

Q: Does it ship everywhere, and is this a Learning listing?
A: Shipping policy says the 48 contiguous states and D.C. only, with next-business-day pack-out as the stated goal and printed Standard / Large Tree rate bands. The card stays Nurseries because the primary citeable identity is the first-party tree shop. Same-brand care tips or Instagram do not reclassify it as Learning.
